Each ingredient has its benefit whether it’s softening, strengthening or brightening contributing to tested and true health that ultimately starts from the inside out.

You may or may not be wondering why these ingredients are hand-picked above everything else in the world. The reason is (of course) that they’re multi-functional. Each mix of ingredients complements and works together to illuminate and upgrade your skin. Read more below:
avocado
Is a great sorce of biotin which promotes thicker hair growth and its natural oils has been found in a 2015 study to potentially seal cuticle cells helping hair have a smooth and shiny appearence.
coconut oil
With coconut oil being rich in fatty acids, it can eleminate frizz again promoting a smooth appearence. It also contains high levels of lauric acid, which helps lower levels of yeast on the scalp that contribute to flaking and dandruff. though, there is limited evidence in promoting rapid if much hair growth.
rolled oats
Being a natural cleanser, it also moisturises exfoliates and protects the skin. Oatmeal also helps boost collegen production and calms down any inflamation in the skin. It’s a gentle ingredient that promotes an all-round glow and health boost for the skin.
Plain greek yoghurt
Contains lactic acid, an organic compound that diminishes the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines by tightening and shrinking pores. In addition, it also has some exfoliating properties contributing to a softer and brighter appearence.
honey
Honey ultimately speeds up the skin cells healing processes resulting in it combating acne scars and breakouts, relieving sunburn and helps eliminate signs of premature aging. It’s also non-comedogenic, meaning it won't clog your pores and lead to breakouts. This is a lead ingredient of many companies formula for a reason. Mainly for its multi functional ability to benefit your skin while giving a deeply moisturising nourishing factor.
egg whites
Boosts skin elasticity and defends against skin issues such as wrinkles and fine lines. Egg whites can help to shrink pores, lift skin and reduce oily remnant on the skin.
warm water
Helps to open up pores. It can help to promote blood flow to the skin, which can improve skin health and reduce the signs of ageing. It can help to hydrate the skin, which can prevent dryness and promote a healthy glow.
Coffee grounds
An exfoliant that’ll reduce cellulite, increace blood flow and take part in fighting acne whilst brightening your complexion leaving you smooth and glowy.
jojoba oil
Qucikly absorbs and deeply moisturises the skin. The Vitamin E and B-complex vitamins in the Jojoba Oil help in skin repair and damage control.
vanilla extract + sugar
Vanilla extract always is a nice calming aroma whilst sugar is typically used in body exfoliants as it gently scrubs at dead cells atop skin.
avocado hair mask
Instructions:
Use a fork to mash an avocado in a bowl
Add the coconut oil spoon by spoon and mix in gradually until smooth
Apply on dry hair by starting at the ends and massage through to your scalp
Leave for 20-30 minutes for maximum effect and rince thouroughly (preferably a double shampoo wash)
Ingredients:
1 avocado
2-3 tbsp coconut oil
oats and honey face mask
Instructions:
Blend oats into a powder (I use a ninja blender.)
Place ground oats into a bowl and mix with the greek yoghurt and egg white and honey.
Mix until all the ingredients are blended.
Add a splash of hot water and slowly combine to avoid hardening the egg white. Repeat till the paste texture is the consistency you like.
Apply to the face and neck and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Doing this 1-2 a week is beneficial to your skin quality.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of rolled oats
2 tbsp raw honey
2 tbsp plain greek yoghurt
1 egg white
hot water
coffee body scrub
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients till its as thick as your like it
Scrub gently into skin

Ingredients:
1/2 cup coffee grounds
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tsp jojoba oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1/4 cup brown sugar
