5 things to do whilst on your hot girl walk

In 2024 we’re bringing back the hot girl walks, walking with intention, energy and meaning. Here are five things that motivate me to go and get outside especially during exam season so that i’m not stuck in my room all day and night.

This is the best part by far. Looking good is a manifestation within itself as it makes you feel good to start your mind in a positive space. 2. Gratitude

The best thing you can do to get anything you could ever want is to practice gratitude as much as you can. Be the glass half-full person and you allow yourself to naturally let good things come into your life without even realising. The second you are self-deprecating, hating on others etc you’re limiting your potential as you’re allowing yourself to constantly be making comparisons instead of being the unbothered person to who other people compare themselves. So one way to practice gratitude when walking is appreciating being in the fresh air, notice the beauty around you then move onto yourself including the fact that you’re alive and well. Just simply acknowledge whatever you have that is a privilege. Everyone has something, as life itself is the biggest privilege. Walking is the best place to self reflect.

 

3. incline

There’s a form of achievement when going up hills at whatever pace you want, A for the nature at the top and on the way up there and B the exercise value of cardio and intensity makes you feel like you’ve done something a little more than just walking. One day think about adding more of a hill into your walks and see how you benefit from it.

 

4. animals

Have a dog? Perfect. Use that as an opportunity to take them on a walk. It eliminates any daunting feeling you may or may not have when walking around your neighbourhood. However, if you don’t have a pet you can walk, use Mother Nature as your guide. There are plenty of animals around, whether it’s a bird or a squirrel or even someone else’s dog that stops by you. Celebrate the fact life is all around you as well as letting things just be out of your control and flow around and beside you.

 

5. incentive

Yes, walking is good and easy to do but for people to stay motivated and consistent is a different conversation. One of the ways to do this is to create excitement within your life now and again. Whether that’s getting yourself a sweet treat, a smoothie or even knowing when you get back off your walk you’re going to browse for a cute dress for summer. Just something that gives short-term motivation is essential to consistency.
